AGX Performance ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AGX Pulse mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

When you sign in to AGX Pulse, we collect:

  • Email address (used for authentication and communication)
  • Name or display name associated with your coaching account

HEALTH AND FITNESS DATA

As part of your coaching relationship, you may provide:

  • Body metrics (weight, body composition measurements, and other health data)
  • Progress photos
  • Weekly check-in responses
  • Meal plan and nutrition information
  • Supplement inventory and usage data
  • Exercise and workout data

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Messages exchanged between you and your coach through the in-app chat

DEVICE INFORMATION

  • Device platform (iOS) for delivering a compatible app experience
  • Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain your personalized coaching experience
  • Allow your assigned coach to view your progress and provide guidance
  • Send check-in reminders and other coaching-related notifications
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • Improve and maintain the App

We do not use your data for:

  • Advertising or marketing to third parties
  • Selling or renting your personal information
  • Building advertising profiles
  • Any purpose unrelated to your coaching experience

DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored on secure, cloud-hosted servers. This data:

  • Is accessible only to you and your assigned coach (and authorized platform administrators)
  • Is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Is stored in databases with access controls and encryption
  • Can be deleted by requesting account deletion within the App

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

AGX Pulse uses the following third-party services to operate:

The app contains links to our website (agxperformance.com) and online store (store.agxperformance.com). When you click these links, you will be directed to external websites that have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

DATA SHARING

Your personal and health data is shared only with:

  • Your assigned coach: Who uses the data to provide personalized coaching
  • Platform administrators: For account and service management purposes

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any other third parties, except as required by law.

DATA SECURITY

We take the security of your data seriously. Measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure authentication via magic link email or Auth0
  • Role-based access controls (your data is only visible to your coach and authorized administrators)
  • Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

  • Your data is retained for the duration of your active coaching relationship
  • You may request account deletion at any time through the Settings screen in the App
  • Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems
  • Cached data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App

CAMERA AND DEVICE PERMISSIONS

AGX Pulse may request access to:

  • Camera: For uploading progress photos and scanning supplement barcodes
  • Photo Library: For selecting existing photos to upload
  • Notifications: For check-in reminders and coach messages

These permissions are optional and can be managed through your device's Settings at any time.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

AGX Pulse is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App is intended for use by individuals engaged in a coaching relationship with an AGX Performance coach.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (visible within the App)
  • Request correction of inaccurate data by contacting your coach or support
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data through the App's Settings
  • Withdraw consent for optional permissions (camera, notifications) at any time via device Settings
